GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

These Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all giveaways, contests, and promotional drawings (collectively, “Giveaways”) conducted by:

These Terms apply to all current and future giveaways conducted by the Company, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party entities, including but not limited to event organizers, artists, venues, ticket providers, or social media platforms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
• Be legal residents of the United States (unless otherwise specified)
• Comply with all instructions provided in the specific giveaway announcement

The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Giveaway Details

By participating in any giveaway, participants agree to be bound by both:

All prizes:

• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted by the participant
• May be substituted by the Organizer with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

The Organizer is not responsible for any third-party changes related to the prize, including event modifications or cancellations.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries
• Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry
• Winners must respond within 24 hours or risk disqualification

If a winner fails to respond, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Claim Requirements

Before receiving any prize, winners (and any guests, if applicable) must:

• Provide valid identification
• Complete and sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form
• Comply with any verification processes required by the Organizer

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in any giveaway and/or accepting any prize, participants (including any accompanying guests) acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in events and activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances
• They voluntarily assume all such risks

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Domínguez Chiropractic and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to:

• Participation in any giveaway
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
• Attendance at any event or activity associated with a prize

9. No Responsibility for Third-Party Events

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Event organization, logistics, or operations
• Changes, delays, or cancellations of events
• Any incidents occurring at event venues

All events are operated by independent third parties.

10. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that:

• They are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and conduct
• The Organizer provides no medical supervision or insurance coverage

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Injuries or medical conditions
• Accidents or incidents of any kind
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

11. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant the Organizer the right to:

• Use their name, image, likeness, and submitted content
• For marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

This may be done without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Data Use and Privacy

Participants agree that:

13. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms
• Provides false information
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with any giveaway

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues or system failures
• Lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

15. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Event cancellations
• Technical disruptions

16. Modifications and Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway at any time
• Update these Terms without prior notice

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in any giveaway conducted by Domínguez Chiropractic, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

MANDATORY RELEASE REQUIREMENT

All winners (and their guests, if applicable) will be required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to receiving any prize.

Failure to sign this document will result in forfeiture of the prize.
